8 Oct 2023 will be the date all boats have to be off the Sky Valley Dock System

The Brush Pile will reopen 1 September 2023.

We had a beautiful day for the pig roast/picnic. About 160 folks attended and I think everybody enjoyed Joey the fiddle player who entertained during the event. Thanks to Lori Bennet for being the chairperson this year. Also thanks to everyone who helped with Roasting, Meat picking, setup, and cleanup. Special thanks go to Rick Broadwater for all he does to make this annual event a success.

One important note – this year we had a shortage of volunteers calling into let us know they would help. Next year please call ahead and volunteer so we know we have the needed help.
